Russ is a Certified Safety Professional and has over 20 years experience in process safety and risk management. He has extensive background in process safety management for facilities handling hazardous chemicals. Russ is an experienced Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) facilitator and Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA). Russ is the author of several articles on Process Safety Management. He has been published in CCPS Process Safety Progress and is a member of the CCPS Process Safety Culture subcommittee. Russ has also served as a peer reviewer for CCPS books.


Scott Randall, Managing Director of PlusAlpha Risk Management Solutions.
Scott is an energy risk manager with over 25 years of experience across the fields of financial and operational risk management, international marketing, strategic planning and capital project development. He has worked domestically and internationally with oil and gas and electric power companies to help them identify, assess, and manage their major risks.
