Expert Webinar - Generate Better Project Results - Learn what holds projects back and how to succeed

What attendees thought:

"I appreciated the stress put on the two aspects I felt most important in developing any project--communication (on all levels) and trust."

"Both speakers had great ideas and examples I can start using right now to make my project teams better."

"The obvious talent and experience of the presenters offered the most salient take-aways in a clear manner...very good stuff."

In one hour, learn about the steps you may be overlooking that will help you run more successful engineering projects.

Strong technical skills and sound project methodology are not enough to guarantee successful projects.  Knovel’s featured experts give practical advice and strategies that ensure project success, even in the face of variable priorities, changing expectations, and global workforces. Our speakers draw on dozens of years of real-world experience to provide examples that illustrate how intrinsically project communication and project success go hand-in-hand. Speakers cover:

  • The seven characteristics of a successful team: transparency, accountability, communication, trust, integrity, leadership and execution
  • Taking project teams out of their functional silos and transforming them into a powerful, integrated force
  • Balancing the expectations of stakeholders, management, and project teams with the technical requirements of cost, schedule, and performance
  • Maintaining project focus on business drivers
  • Avoiding or mitigating possible pitfalls
